Synopsis :
CHASING ADAMS (1997), a romantic comedy directed by Kevin Smith and starring Ben Affleck and Joey Lauren Adams, faced criticism from the LGBTQ+ community. However, its impact on Sav, a junior high school student, was profound, making him realize he wasn’t alone in his queerness. As Sav grew up to become a film director, he had the opportunity to interview the director and actress of the movie. The process of filmmaking and self-discovery helped Sav embrace his true identity with bravery and authenticity.
