About HKLGFF
The Hong Kong Lesbian & Gay Film Festival (HKLGFF) is a nonprofit organisation (NPO) that has proudly celebrated LGBTQ+ cinema in Hong Kong since 1989. As Asia’s longest-running LGBTQ+ international film festival, we showcase a vibrant array of stories that reflect and honour the experiences of our community.
Our mission is to promote equality and combat discrimination through the power that transforms film.
Together, we strive to create a more inclusive and compassionate world by sharing diverse narratives that shape public perception and inspire change.
